111 Year Cleaning Team Environmental Protection Facilities (equipment) Management Integration and Working Environment Improvement Plan

  The Environmental Protection Department of the Executive Yuan, in order to improve the efficiency of cleaning team members in serving the people and working safety, subsidizes local governments to improve environmental protection facilities (equipment) or team members' duty room and management room through a special project every year. Since 108, the Environmental Protection Department has promoted the integration of environmental protection facilities in the cleaning team site, and assisted local governments to inspect the safety of facilities and equipment in the cleaning team site through a single project, To comprehensively and integrally improve and enhance the working environment of the cleaning team colleagues, so as to ensure the workplace environment and safer work services for the national cleaning staff.   In order to effectively understand the operation and setting status of various environmental protection facilities of the local executive authorities, the Environmental Protection Department set up the "Environmental Protection Facilities (Equipment) Management System for Cleaning Teams" in 110, so as to master the environmental protection facilities, equipment, cleaning vehicles, heavy machinery and other relevant information managed by the local environmental protection business management units in 22 counties and cities across the country, which will serve as a reference for the future regional scheduling of local waste disposal and related subsidy schemes, During the implementation of this project, the management system information will be continuously optimized and improved in a rolling manner in line with policy requirements, and the management system data will be tracked monthly to ensure the correctness of the system management information.   During the implementation of this plan, it also assisted in the inventory of the current situation of the installation of solar photovoltaic facilities in the cleaning teams of various counties and cities, and matched the business operators to evaluate the feasibility of setting up solar photovoltaic facilities in the investment areas. In addition, 15 township and city cleaning teams were coached to re-examine and inventory the improvement of the working environment, optimize the plan to provide clean colleagues a good and safe working environment, 18 outstanding environmental protection facility management units and 19 cleaning team management units in 22 counties and cities across the country will be evaluated, so as to serve as benchmarks for other county and city cleaning teams to follow and learn in the future.
